These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ddfantasyfootball.com and all associated DD Fantasy Football products and services. All content on the site — including player pages, articles, podcasts, rankings, projections, proprietary metrics, and data analysis tools — is the intellectual property of DD Fantasy Football. You may access and use that content only if you agree to follow these terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
- •You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 18 to purchase a membership.
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account.
- •Keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, resold, or used to redistribute site data.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
League Sync and Third-Party Platforms
Our tools can sync leagues from Sleeper, MyFantasyLeague, ESPN, Underdog, and other supported platforms. By connecting a league you confirm you are entitled to access that league's data and you authorise us to retrieve and process it to power the features you use.
- •We handle synced league data in line with our Privacy Policy and protect it with high-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest and account-scoped access controls.
- •Third-party platforms control their own availability, rate limits, and data accuracy. Sync outages or data gaps caused by those platforms are outside our control.
- •DD Fantasy Football is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, MyFantasyLeague, ESPN, Underdog, Yahoo, the NFL, the NFLPA, or the NCAA.
- •You can disconnect a synced league at any time from your Portfolio.
Membership Terms and Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a membership on ddfantasyfootball.com, or by starting a promotional offer or free trial, you agree to the following billing terms. Payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
1. Automatic Renewal
- •Your membership automatically renews at the end of your current billing, promotional, or free trial period.
- •It renews for successive periods at our standard rate unless you cancel beforehand.
2. Cancellation Policy
- •To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current billing, promotional, or free trial period ends.
- •You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- •If you make a mistake at registration, contact us within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued. Between 24 and 72 hours, a 50% refund applies. After 72 hours, no refund will be issued.
3. No Refunds for Failure to Cancel
- •If your membership is not cancelled before the renewal date, the fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
- •No refunds are issued for these charges.
4. Payment Processing
- •A successfully processed payment confirms your access to the corresponding membership tier for the next billing period.
- •If a payment fails, premium features may be paused until billing is restored.
5. Changes to Membership Terms
- •We may modify these terms, our feature tiers, and our pricing.
- •Changes will be communicated by email to your registered address or via a notice on ddfantasyfootball.com.
Acceptable Use
Content Usage
Do not copy, rip, record, or capture content from the platform except as expressly permitted.
Competing Services
Using our content, rankings, projections, or metrics to build a separate service, dataset, or model, or to replicate any part of our offering, is prohibited.
Scraping and Automated Access
Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use automated tooling to collect, mirror, or republish our content or private APIs. We monitor for and actively block abusive automated access.
Attribution
Altering, sharing, or reposting our content without proper citation is not allowed. Where sharing is permitted, credit as "Courtesy of ddfantasyfootball.com" or "Via DD Fantasy Football".
Membership Credentials
Do not share your login credentials or use them to publicly distribute site data.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships renew on their anniversary date, are non-refundable, and are not subject to prorating.
Sales Tax
Memberships may be subject to applicable state and local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Data and Security
We protect your account and league data with high-standard security practices, including encrypted transport and storage, account-scoped database access controls, managed secret storage, and least-privilege administrative access. We never sell your data. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we commit to applying the strongest reasonable safeguards and responding quickly to any issue.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Rankings, projections, valuations, and analytics on ddfantasyfootball.com are opinion and modelled estimates provided for entertainment and informational purposes. They are not guarantees of player or team performance and should not be relied on as financial, betting, or professional advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DD Fantasy Football is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
